No. Shadow covers all tech costs. But you need to be able to support yourself for 3 months — that's roughly how long it takes before you should be paying yourself from revenue.
You should hit 100k ARR in under 3 months. If you don't, we sit down and discuss whether to continue — no hard feelings. Same honest conversation at the 500k bar. You are the sole owner of your company, so the decision is always yours.
Any vertical where AI workers can deliver value and you have deep domain expertise. If you have a clear use case and the industry knowledge to sell it, pitch us.
The founders of Shadow Workers. We're building the AI employees workforce. We know we're horizontal, so we partner with domain experts to launch verticals faster. We created this program because many founders contacted us looking for co-founders — this is our answer.
You create your own company, with whomever you want. You own 100% of it. At creation, we sign a commercial agreement that covers what you get for year one, the milestones, and an acquisition agreement if those milestones are reached.
